The Women in Leadership Fall Forum is a groundbreaking event designed specifically for women holding leadership positions in senior living organizations. It offers a platform for networking, knowledge exchange, business enhancement, and rejuvenation to reach greater achievements. The event features motivational speakers, facilitates best practice sharing, addresses industry challenges, and equips attendees with skills to tackle personal and professional obstacles. With a focus on the distinctive requirements of female executives in senior living leadership roles, the Forum cultivates a supportive and engaging atmosphere. The Fall Forum focuses on the unique needs of executive women in senior living leadership positions in a fun, collaborative environment.  

Who Should Attend: 

• Registered Women in Leadership members with first right of refusal given to WIL volunteer leaders, Argentum Board members, and corporate Argentum members (operators only).
• Industry partners/suppliers who sponsor Women in Leadership at $20K or higher for 2024.

Registration Fees: 

• Members | $499 - Owner/Operators, Argentum Board Members
• Non-Members |  $599 - Owner/Operators
