Continuing efforts to provide additional guidance and related information to our members related to the Trump Administration’s executive orders on immigration/deportations (see memo below) and diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) programs, Argentum will be hosting a webinar on Thursday, March 20, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. EDT which will be led by Jorge Lopez and Jim Paretti of the Littler law firm.
The webinar will feature topics including the potential impacts of immigration/deportation and DEI executive orders on senior living providers; guidance related to Immigration Control and Enforcement investigations; guidance related to I-9 audits; and insights on potential Trump Administration immigration/deportation and labor initiatives.
