Argentum’s 2nd Annual Women in Leadership Fall Forum is a dynamic event tailored for women in leadership roles across senior living organizations. Building on the success of its inaugural year, the Fall Forum offers an unparalleled platform for networking, exchanging ideas, sharpening business strategies, and recharging for even greater impact. This year's event will once again feature inspiring keynote speakers, collaborative discussions on best practices, and targeted sessions addressing networking and personal growth. Who Should Attend: 

  • Registered Women in Leadership members with first right of refusal given to WIL volunteer leaders, Argentum Board members, and corporate Argentum members (operators only).
  • 2025 Women in Leadership sponsors at Pioneer Level or higher .

Registration Fees: 

  • Members | $499 - Owner/Operators, Argentum Board Members
  • Non-Members |  $599 - Owner/Operators
